The employees are still nice enough, but having to go back to get your drink made gets old, fast. We stopped by here on Mother's Day and they made my drink wrong. We were about a mile away when I realized their mistake. We had time, so we went back. Then last night I asked for a tea/lemonade and basically got a sweet tea. We had already hit the highway, so I wasn't going to turn around to come back. I think if I visit this store in the future, I will try my drink before I drive away.

I had the honor of being the coffee runner for the office today; a job I usually dread because it involves holding up the line, an exasperated cashier, and hoping to god no drinks spill in my car in the way back. Today was the most painless experience I've ever had doing this dirty, but albeit necessary job. Mad props to Javi. He was SO nice about ringing up 6 drinks - each one with a little tweak to make it an even bigger pain in the ass for the barista (sorry barista). And he got them all right! He asked me how my day was, and was very pleasant. Manager, keep this kid around. I've been going to this location for 3 years (office is right across the street) and haven't had service like this ever before. Thanks Javi!

I've been here a few times and the service has never been super awesome, but when I went today it was awful, and I was very disappointed. First, they got my order wrong, and when I confronted the lady at the window she spouted off something about how all artificial sweeteners are bad for me anyway ( I ordered a drink and asked for sweet n low instead of sugar for health reasons). She was very snarky and rude about it. It's really none of her business to tell me what I should and should not be drinking just because they messed up my order. Her job is to take my money and give me the drink I ordered without having an attitude. They fixed my drink, but that barista's attitude put me in a bad mood. I will say I've been a Starbucks customer for a long time, and this is the only Starbucks I've been to when someone was that rude. I don't think I'll be going back to this location. It's he closest to my house but is rather get exceptional service somewhere else.

Before we headed out of Wheat Ridge, I grabbed a few drinks for us, which included a venti coffee, hazelnut Frapp and an shaken ice tea. The drinks were good but the customer service through at the drive thru is awesome! The baristas are all so friendly. If we ever drive they CO again, I'll remember where to go for our coffee/tea fix!

This is a phenomenal Starbucks. We're passing through town, needed caffeine and breakfast, and this location was friendly, helpful, and fast! They heated up my blueberry muffin, which I didn't even ask for :-)

Love this Starbucks. Good location off of the highway. Spacious lobby and a patio area. Staff is friendly friendly. Access is a little limited but that's a small price to pay for coffee!

Outdoor seating and a view of the mountains in the distant. A niche pet shop next door and friendly staff make this a pleasant location for Starbucks. The drive thru is simple and easy to access. It's got all you could need or want from a Starbucks. Stop in and enjoy a caffe latte, or one of the other various drinks. Even have a bite with a tried and true snack or one of the flavors of the holidays.

Love this location. I really love that they are open at 4:30 in the morning so I can get my coffee on my way to work since I have to be at work at 5 in the morning it can be a bit hard finding breakfast. Keep up the good work especially for us early morning workers.

I like that this location is located so close to my house, but I honestly am fed up trying to come here. I'm a partner myself, and I have never once had good service. The baristas are always overly mean and have such an attitude. I don't know what it is about this location but every employee except for a few exceptions (Sebastian,Chris, one lady who is a coffee master) has given Starbucks a bad name. I've had this experience about 20 times now. They fail to make my drink right most of the time, how hard is it to click the button for kids temp? There's also a barista who has been working at Starbucks for a fair amount of time and I still need to repeat my order about five times. Im more tolerant of it because I work here, but imagine how frustrating that is for someone who doesn't. I'm so disappointed in this location. I'd much rather drive farther to a different Starbucks for my coffee.

This one has a drive thru. Ya know for the day's I am feeling stupidly lazy and don't want to get out of my car. Plus I like to switch up my drinks every now and then (especially on the weekend) and while I like to keep my Starbucks on their toes, it is nice to venture to another one. This one is just North of I-70 on Kipling and it moves pretty fast.

Always friendly and prompt service. Always the same trusty Starbucks drinks. I definitely don't mind stopping here for a little treat now and then :) As everyone else has said, they have a drive thru and that is totally key. But if you go inside, it's really a pleasant and quick experience.

Starbucks are seemingly all the same, however, you can tell the difference in the location's management and attention to detail within the workers. I have been to this location twice. They have friendly servers, however, they haven't every gotten my order correct. Either a drink was made to big (not a big issue), or too small (they compensated a with a treat). They have always been polite and fixed the issue, however, I feel that they are losing money, not that it really causes a ding to a company like Starbucks. However, it does show poor teamwork and management. I have had several friends ask to skip this location because of their inability to get orders correct. I think they need to be a bit more careful in their service.
